Cafe O is owned by Sam & Lynne Semple-Chalmers. Who are both passionate about food and strong believers in quality over quantity. Lynne is a highly qualified Nutritional Therapist who wanted to put nourishing, tasty food onto plates instead of just talking about
healthy eating.

her highly acclaimed painting and decorating talents to enhancing their
day with delicious food and drinks.
